We are the only one brake pad company in China who produce own back plates instead of buying outside to control the quality of brake pad step by step, the material of brake pad back plates is Q235B, and it is very strong to make brake pad back plates. Our capacity of producing brake pad back plate is 10000000 pieces per year. In this way, we also have price advantage comparing to other brake pad factories.

We use OE standard 9mm back plate with the edge polished technology to make our brake pads look smoother. And also We use hooks to increase the shear strength of our brake pad back plate, to make it into 10 MPA, many times than Emark standard 2.5MPA.
